We will enjoy lunch together at noon.  Main dish will be provided.   Please bring a food item you especially like and want to share.

At the end of our time together we will raffle off the designs Mark has made.

Ash Wednesday Service

Dear College AvenueFriends,

Tomorrow is Ash Wednesday, the beginning of the Season of Lent, the six weeks before Easter.  Join us tomorrow at 7 pm in a service with music, a message, and the imposition of ashes.

Come and begin a Lenten spiritual journey to greater authenticity, freedom, and wholeness.  A journey in the way of Jesus to new life—rising from the ashes of all that needs to die within you.

 Blessings on the journey!

 Pastor Michael

Festival of Gifts Sun. Dec. 11, 11:30am

Our annual Festival of Gifts returns on Sunday, December 11 from 11:30 am to 1:15 pm in our Fellowship Hall.

Children/youth ages 3 – 15 are invited to create handmade gifts for people they love!

Following a simple lunch (in a surprise location), a variety of gift projects will be available as well as a gift-wrapping station.

Families need to sign their children in, leave the scene so secrets can stay secret, and pick children up promptly at 1:15.

To volunteer to offer a gift project, assist in another way,  help with set-up or clean-up, or to have your questions answered, check in after worship on 11/27 or 12/4, or call Patti Canoles or Judy Brown (call office at 522-7244 for home phone numbers).
