The Pastor/Parish Relations Committee is a standing committee of College Avenue that “supports and maintains an open relationship between the pastor and members of the church.”
The goal of this committee is to allow a safe place for members and friends of the church to “share ideas, hopes, dreams and interpretations of the church’s mission.” This committee’s charge is to “monitor the quality of the relationship between the pastor and the congregation.” It provides a framework for letting the Pastor know what the people of the church are thinking.
