Mentor Training

Mentor Training, Saturday, March 15, 9am to 12:30pm, College Avenue

Mentoring a high school student is rewarding for both the mentor and the mentee. Mentors-in-Action pairs financially disadvantaged but academically able Modesto High students with community volunteers.

The purpose is to foster a friendship through one-on-one interactions four hours a month. No knowledge of algebra or geometry is required. Mentors must participate in a training Saturday, March 15 from 9:00 to 12:30. For more information or to sign up, please contact Sharon Froba at 521-7265.
