Wherever you are on life’s journey, I’m here to help. You’ll find some useful information below. Please don’t hesitate to give me a call.
Arrange for a Pastoral Visit
I’m happy to visit with you by phone, by e-mail, or in person! You can reach me at (209) 522-7244 to arrange an office visit during normal office hours or at a time more convenient for you. You can email me at email@example.com. If you are home-bound, in a hospital or residential facility, or incarcerated, I’m happy to come visit you.
Ask for Prayers
Do you have a joy or concern you would like us to pray for? E-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org and let me know if you would like your joy or concern added to the prayer list in the weekly e-mail newsletter or mentioned during Sunday worship.
Become a Member of College Avenue
Interested in joining the church? Come visit me and arrange to attend a class for new members, which introduces you to the stories of College Avenue and to the United Church of Christ, our denomination.
Request a Baptism
Would you like your child to be baptized or would you like to be baptized into the faith community of College Avenue? We invite you to spend some time getting to know us by participating in worship and fellowship. Contact me to prepare for the celebration of baptism.
Request a Church Wedding
I am happy to officiate at church weddings for all members of College Avenue. Because most churches exclude LGBT people from full participation in their communities, refusing to celebrate their relationships, College Avenue, an Open and Affirming church, offers a special welcome to LGBT people seeking marriage, and I am happy to officiate at LGBT weddings of members and nonmembers alike.
